James T. Kirk is a major character starting at the end of the first season in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Not sure what Shatner is talking about other than he isn’t in that picture. I don’t think it’s a white man thing either, considering there are 4 other white men there (including his buddy Leonard), so… idk about this.

Willam Shatner’s iconic portrayal of James T. Kirk has systematically been excluded from Paramount’s promotion of the brand. This isn’t the first time it has happened and for it to happen repeatedly serves notice that the snub is intentional.
