Fantastic singer songwriter from Shreveport. He should be way more popular than he is. You have probably heard Cautionary Tale

He’s touring for a new album. He’s really good live. Check him out Coyote

He’s playing at Chickie Wah Wah

Planning to go - I saw he just came off a European tour. Good bluesy folksy sound on his albums and I suspect he kicks it up a notch at live shows.

Had no idea he is from Shreveport. Been digging him for a while. Coyote great. He just keeps getting better and he is criminally underrated.

Seen him numerous times here in Bossier/Shreveport and at the Pilgrimage festival.

He hung out and drank a little bit when he played at Bears and Fatty Arbuckles. Bought him a drink and talked a while the last time I saw him. Incredibly nice guy that is very appreciative of his fans. Brought his grandma to watch him play both times I saw him up here.

Incredibly talented and his voice is just crazy good.

Great show last night. Nice mix of acoustic and electric, and he played almost 2 hours with no break other than before encores. He did cut a couple songs from the planned playlist towards the end. Played most of the Coyote album.

First time at the renovated Chickie Wah Wah, and it's a solid venue. A bit congested around the hi-top tables, but maybe they take those out for sold-out shows. He deserved a sell-out, as he's a talented singer and guitarist.

Side note - Mom and Dim Sum at Holy Ground Pub down the street makes for a convenient hot meal and drinks beforehand, on a cold night.

Yep. Add his new album to the list of great '24 releases and the song Let It Rain too.
