Do people really think that coaches worthy of an offer from Alabama would turn it down because they don't want to follow Saban?
They don't think that way or they wouldn't be successful enough to be worthy of an offer from a place like Bama

Yes they will, especially if they are already well paid, at a school that has resources and are building a solid program
