They should have pre-shredded Grande pizza blend (50/50 mozz and provolone). That's my convenient go to, and I add fresh grated Parmesean Reggianno and Pecorino Romano to that.

Haven’t found the big block of the mozz from them anywhere.

I've seen this at Restaurant Depot. Never tried it though.
