Should have their licenses cut up.

If you are driving in the rain it is NOT an emergency.

What makes people think this is a good idea?

If you turn on your head lights, your running rights should come on. That should be sufficient. Hazard lights indicate a hazard to be avoided

What are you talking about? Is it raining or something?

Come through Longview. I'll take you to dinner if you can make it before the game

Because it makes it difficult to determine when a person is braking in a low visibility situation. It's dangerous.

I always thought it was a way for people who are driving slower in the rain to let people see their cars better when visibility is low. I don’t know why people get so upset about this. I don’t do it but god damn are people here fragile.

I don't put my flashers on in the rain, but if I get in bad weather like a downpour or the fog that was on I-55, I wouldn't begrudge someone putting as much warning out there to avoid being hit.

Because then you can't signal a lane change. I came home early and this very thing almost caused me a wreck. Was in the middle lane, guy ahead me has hazards on. They're going slow so I get in the left lane to pass and guy with hazards suddenly change lanes right when I'm about to pass and I had to brake on the slick road. frick these people.

That's what headlights and tail lights are for.
