It sounds like the guy did intern type shite. Why does everyone jump to the conclusion that he was in the room during coaches meetings or team meetings or anything important? His takes are all about shite he saw in the office.

It's hard to pin down exactly WHAT went wrong. If House was upset about his job, you'd never know it.
But when you lose the team, you typically don't get it back.
And when you're on the edge of losing your best defensive player to the portal, something has to change.
Sloan was pretty awesome in keeping Perkins, gave him some offensive plays at practice, only one of which I believe came to fruition. But keeping Perk engaged was 100% Sloan which was awesome.
