Raymond was an excellent recruiter. Not a good on field coach.
That was well known .

He didn’t coach Donte Jackson, Kevin Toliver, Greedy, or Tre White? He didn’t coach Flott and Stingley? Not Kristian Fulton?

Why doesn’t Busch get any criticism for 2020? Why didn’t his superior coaching acumen come to the rescue?
