What say you?

Ole Miss = Win

Alabama = potentially a win

Florida state = Still say a loss. The offense wasn’t clicking this game either.

SEC Championship vs Georgia = ?

Well, actually, the offense on the goal line is what sucked. We moved the ball well. Should have had 31 points at halftime.

If we had just an average defense - one that would have created turnovers and/or created short fields for the offense - we would have seen another 2019 IMO.
Think about it:
Even WITH our horrid D, we had the LEAD in all 3 of our losses: FSU, Ole Miss by 8 in the 4th quarter, and 28-21 over alabama in the 3rd.
The space-time continuum notwithstanding (because you can't say for sure what would have transpired), I think we would have contended for a Playoff spot.

At minimum it would’ve been us playing Penn State or Ohio State.

LSU would have smoked Ole Miss and Bama with a average defense

Bama wouldn’t have been a toss up. We would have smashed Bama if we had a half way decent defense

11-1 regular season. Loss to FSU bc offense wasn’t “on”. However, by the end of the season NO ONE wanted any part of LSU’s offense - much like 2019. We beat UGA and beat UM.
