I don’t go into the office itself all that much now that I have a nice setup at home, but when I do, I always have to empty the damn sink that’s filled with dirty dishes. There’s a dishwasher right next to it that I load and run. Then next time I decide to go to the office, there dishwasher is still sitting there filled with the clean dishes I ran. And the sink is filled with new dirty dishes.
I don’t understand who exactly these people think is coming behind them and doing the dishes. It’s frustrating. But I need the sink at times, and I don’t want to maneuver around their rotting dishes.

I don't think anyone knows it's me washing them, which also doesn't help. These aren't my coworkers, but people from other companies who also rent offices in the building.
We have a cleaning company that comes 2-3 times a week in the evenings, so maybe they think it's them?
I have taken to taking them all from the sink and putting them into the dishwasher without running it, and letting it happen over the span of weeks until the washer is at capacity and there are no more dishes left in the cabinets. Sadly, doesn't seem to help.

Just hang a sign above the sink that says - “Do your dishes. Your momma doesn’t work here!”
The person that hangs that sign is my pet peeve btw.
