Correct.

He's also coached a grand total of one game where he was out of the playoff picture.

Tomlin's the Don Shula of this generation. Might not put together extraordinarily elite teams very often but his consistency year in and year out is amazing and second to none.

Congratulations to him and the Steelers, The AFC and his division thanks him for being average for 15 years.

As others make changes and move forward to better themselves, Pittsburg and Tomlin celebrate .500.

If he coached in the SEC going .500- .650 he'd be on his 3-4 job in 17 years.

Best coach in the league imo. He has always done this without a truly elite qb. Very impressive coach and organization.

To be a NFL head coach for over 15 years,.....never had a losing record is next level impressive.
