You mean the Dante who since early 90s told people to back off the drugs, practically begged them to? Same Dante that literally has fixed couple thousand people blood work by fixing thier diet and supplements and getting them off the anabolics? Same Dante that made monster off just using small amounts of test with a bad arse lifting program and using diet to drive weight and strength?

And yea extreme stretching is terrible…only been shown in the latest studies to be one of the most effective ways to build tendon strength and causes hypertrophy. Terrible things I say, terrible

And Dante was preaching back in the 90s to stop the insane stacks and anabolics wasn’t the way. You don’t know what you are talking about. Why do you think he posted cycle for Pennie’s to begin with in 02? Go read the thread if you don’t believe me. Is archived all over

You sure it’s the things you listed and not that they take on average 2x the amount of steps we do in a day? You sure it’s those seed oils right? Show me the study proving this please, because Layne posted the studies that show canola oil and drinking diet drinks improved diet adherence and in turn improved blood markers

And at lost I have a 2 zero drinks a day mainly in the form of monsters. I don’t even eat seed oils. I’m just saying it isn’t the big boogy man you think it is. I used to think just like you, then started reading the actual studies

I still prefer to eat lower carb of around 75-100g per day. Just my preferred way, doesn’t mean carbs are bad

How convenient. He was an advocate of blasting and cruising ie never coming off he absolutely was an advocate of high ped dosages. He had people eating two and three cans of chefboyardee ravioli at a time. It’s just stupidity. Should we really commend him for now being some sage trying to reverse all the bad advice he gave? I was around back then. I remember all his ‘Doggcrap’ threads etc.
He’s done a complete 180 for obvious reasons. He’s now selling himself as a ‘longevity guru’ instead of a PED and ‘diet’ guru. He’s no different than any other person on social media trying to sell you something. These folks are like chameleons they will change to whatever the ‘new’ thing is and want you to completely forget all the bad advice and damage they have done. He’s like the reformed violent criminal who goes to prison for 40 years and comes out a Bible thumping ‘Christian’

They will sell their own mother to make $1.
