Meh. The Hawks are going to be a big problem in a few years. Their top 2 defenseman right now are rookies to go along with Bedard. They have a top 5 farm system, will have another top 3 pick, and ton of cap/draft assets over next two years.

Yep, the NHL couldn't have an original 6 team be bad for too long so everyone knew Chicago would get the pick.

They banned it in College hockey. They consider it like grabbing the puck and holding it, so you get a penalty.
NHL will soon ban it also. If you can't hold the puck, you cant lacrosse it either.

You're not supposed to.
You can knock it down/catch and drop if it's above your waist but hand passes are illegal.
