2022

2023

I remember the 2022 photo going around, nephew plays there. Good to see them bounce back and win it all. Brother says they are expected to be better next year. Good to see young people feel that kind of pain on almost winning it all, working hard, and then going out the next year and actually winning it all.

I think I see Kyle Williams below the Ochsner sign.

My nephew was/is a starting offensive lineman for Ruston. I watched them in the dome when they lost to Destrehan (no shame in that)… was glad they pulled through this year, Ruston is a good community.

On offense they will be. Their juniors this year were the best group to come through there in a long time.

Zachary played very undisciplined and QB play was turrible. Ruston was the better team. Hats off to a great season.

I was glad to see several of my old coaches and teammates who are now coaching get the title. They deserved it!

Would have beaten them all.

Only Curtis would have given them a game.

Acadiana would be champions in non-select. Ruston would not have beaten Acadiana, nor Catholic, Holy Cross, Ednar Karr

Reading this thread makes me realize how "now or never" 2021 was for Ponchatoula.

Saw Ruston play LCA. Ruston would beat Acadiana. HC and EK were on downslide. CHS was playing at top of game but should have lost to Curtis. I have no dog in the hunt but Ruston isn't some chump that all these schools would have beaten like a drum.
