Wade inherited a 2-15 team with a dog shite roster and no transfer portal.
He managed a NIT and then won the conference the next year and it took 4 years for him to get embarrassed by double digits as much as matty boy has in less than 1.5 seasons.
This is basketball it doesn’t take 4 years to build depth.
Also no matter what level you put the bar at for last year matty boy failed to get over it.
We were dead last in the conference

What’s funny, Wade said there is no more program building in college basketball, you have to build your team year to year. The McMen think it takes 4 seasons, and his first year didn’t count
