Eggs taste like what your flavor them with. They are kind of a blank palette.

Also egg white omelette is a horrible way to lose your egg virginity.

Yeah they're pretty bland, but still taste ok. The "good" pasture raised chickens produced tastier eggs. They actually have a well-rounded diet.

Over easy in an iron skillet with grass fed unsalted butter. Light sprinkle of kosher salt after.

I plate 3 of those with some smoked salmon, a couple pieces of fruit, and Kefir every morning.

The true breakfast of champions. My energy and mental endurance throughout the day drastically improves. Can tell a big difference when I don't do this or something similar.
