I like it, not perfect but seems to be the best app for this purpose that I've found. Biggest gripe is that sometimes it needs to be stopped and restarted to update locations.
A buddy of mine put it on both his sons phones when they started driving and told them that disabling the app or GPS would be automatic terms for grounding. I plan to do same when daughter starts driving.

It's good for kids, and its good when you have a psychotic wife who always accuses you of creeping, even though hers is always turned off because "I don't want it to run my battery down."
