even with comparisons after the PAC 12 game, is Daniels rushing yards....All we continue to see are the passing comparisons! They cite Penix has more passing yards, which is true, but don't really highlight he has twice as many interceptions. Nix still getting love locally as Oregon paper put some shine on the game saying "Nix is still the belle of the ball" and led the ducks in rushing yards for the game. He had a whopping 69 yards with 44 coming on one play.

So, I just hope there are not surprises and the voters really reward the best player in the country and not a very good player on a undefeated team!

I’ve noticed this as well.

Completely discount the rushing yards.

Can’t ignore he leads all rushers as a qb in yards per attempt with over 8. And he rushed for 1100 yards,

WTF is 1,100+ yards rushing mean anyway ...

The vote should not even be close.

Daniels would dominate both of those “championship” defenses….

I think he leads all rushers in yards per attempt, not just QBs

Fact: Jayden won the Heisman and the votes won’t be that close. Why worry about the local PNW media who is still butt hurt and pushing their agenda. Let it go and quit giving the sports journslists the attention they’re craving.

Daniels holds his own even when you compare him alone to Bo and Penix with their #1 RB on a per game basis:

Barring injuries: Bowers of UGA and Ewers of UT would be JD5’s only true competitors.
