Just to give you a rough idea about dirt work. House pad (80'x90'x32" high), shop pad (50'x50'x6" high), and a driveway (300'x12'x6" high), 6 compaction tests, and a limestone bull rock base over the entire driveway = 2600 yards of fill dirt and cost to be around 40-50k. That is with zero land clearing except scraping the topsoil off. That is with hauling all fill dirt in.
