Notre Dame match-up would probably attract a lot of attention, so would be in interesting game. But, will be a tough game and even tougher if LSU is without many of its stars! Nabers wanting to play is a good start and may entice others to play. But, can't blame Daniels if he wants to sit this one out knowing what has happened to Toles, Mertz, etc.
But, got a feeling that Daniels may want one more game and go out in a big way. Would be great, but again can't blame him for opting out.

Gross. Want Iowa and that prolific big ten offense, and steel curtain defense been hearing about all year.

If Nabers wants to play great. He earned the right to pursue the record. That being said, I'd like the players that are returning to get game experience. I don't expect BTJ to return until there's evidence to the contrary. It would be a good game for Nuss, Sampson, Brown, Hilton and others to get game reps. It would also help for Denbrock to start prepping for life without JD.

Let Diaco take over the D while we find the new DC.

Funny how there were people mad about guys skipping the bowl and now we want returning players playing. That's a good thing too but I'm just saying how some folks were mad

I think it depends on the player and the circumstances. It would be great to get that 10th win, but we have a lot of change over at the skill positions and players that have little experience. I used to be a "players should finish out their college career with their team" mindset, but my thought process has evolved to "prep for the next season".

I do think the returning offense can do enough to win, but probably can't carry the D if they continue to perform so poorly.

It’d be wonderful to get Iowa in a dome on turf and pass & run them out of the building.

Outside of the 12 team playoff, I hope they do away with all those meaningless bowl games in the future.

If Nabers is playing I can see him play in the first series or two to help him get the record.

I am beyond over the forced ND rivalry.

Idgaf about that school and don’t think they’re even a good benchmark to show how good we are.
