Yesterday my wife got letter from same insurance company that they will now cover us but added an extra 1k to the amount for the year. Not understanding how they sent us a letter stating they couldn’t cover us because of mail not being responded to to or undeliverable because of address issues but a week later mail us a letter stating that they will cover us but for more money. Don’t see how our agent did this but need to contact them and ask how this is possible.
