Yea he can’t call a full D, is piss poor at recruiting and his staff hirings suck.
It’s insane that we might have the full on worst defensive staff in the sec. I think I’d trade entire D staff for even half the sunbelt d staffs

Agreed, but how does that play out for us, allowing him to leave gracefully and the NFL season not ending for another 2 months?

Maybe the Saints can pick him up for LB coach. Give Allen, Carr , & Carmichael a look at what it's like to practice against a world class offense each day.
