If that’s true it’s likely because blue cities are much more populous.
SNAP is Federally funded anyway and has nothing to do with which city contributes the most tax dollars to the state.

I am sure that is skewed because after hurricanes they hand out SNAP benefits to nearly everyone to assist with recovery.
