Yeah that’s what I meant when I previously posted “both were wrong”. Mishandling sensitive/classified docs is not excusable for anyone.

I suppose the special counsel in bidens case didn’t recommend charges…then again, Biden didn’t ignore subpoenas

He possessed classified documents… very insecurely… while having zero authority to declassify.

Now.

Is that a violation of federal law or not?

Now.

Are you interested in prosecution of federal crimes or not?

How did Biden handle the situation differently when informed he may have documents that didn't belong to him vs trump?

Why did a senator take home classified documents?

He absolutely doesn't care.

Are you retarded? Joe had marked classified docs as old as from the 70's spread all over the place, and only turned them over AFTER the Trump documents raid happened and only AFTER a scrub team of attorneys reportedly went through them to hide the bodies. You telling me he couldn't see the classified markings on his papers as he walked by them on his garage floor every day for 40 goddamned years?

Trump played a little hardball with NARA for a few months throughout the customary document transfer process and some OPEN leftist partisan at NARA decided that was a crime.

Their programming has their outrage switches set to [off].

Must suck to live a life where you are beholden to downloading a narrative and commanded how to feel and function. I don’t get it.

when did that become a crime?

Want to take a guess what "executive privilege" was used to justify Holder's complete disregard of subpoenas? Oops. I gave it away.

And only one is being prosecuted in an effort to imprison and keep off of the 2024 ballot.

How convenient, predictable and transparent.

Maybe if Joe gets prosecuted in the exact same manner as DJT, they can keep both of them off the 2024 ballot.

So weird how you don’t get charged when you don’t break the law.

You realize that Biden having the documents is breaking the law, right?

Senators and vice presidents are not allowed to have classified documents.

They certainly aren't allowed to have them in their garage or at a university.

But I guess if the university area in question is almost completely funded by CCP dollars it is ok
