Yes. Solely looking at LDL is erroneous and the war on cholesterol and fat standing alone has also been wrong. The govt push for hi carbs and low fat has lead to more heart disease. Sugar is the killer here. Not the fat

Completely agree. I went to an all meat (mostly beef but chicken and fish as well), fruit and dairy diet and I lost 20 pounds in 3 months and my LDL lowered back to the normal range. This country's view on diet is so messed up.
