DHS has issued a Level 1 alert for pro Israel rally today in DC

War Room reported DHS has issued a Level 1 warning for the pro Israel rally in DC today.
A Level 1 warning is generally issued when there are credible threats or concerns of violence against those attending the rally.
There have been dozens of pro Hamas rallies across America and I don't believe DHS had to issue a Level 1 warning to those attending.....it's almost like DHS is trying to discourage pro Israel Americans from attending a rally to support Israel.....probably being a little cautious.

Or more likely there is a credible threat against the rally and the DHS is doing is issuing a warning. Palestinians and their supporters are much more likely to attack Jews and supporters of Israel than the other way around.

Yes, the intended result of issuing a Level 1 security threat for the pro Israel rally is to discourage pro Israel Americans from attending. War Room reported several prominent Christian groups have indicated they likely will not attend due to a heightened risk of violence against attendees.

Is that why the D.C. Uniparty made changes to the procedural counting of the EVs so there is no way any VP could ever challenge a rigged election by sending the electors back to their state to sort it out?

I guess the point of the OP soared over your head.
If the DHS never issued a Level 1 warning for any pro Hamas rally it's because they had no concerns Christians/Jews were going to show up and become violent.....on the other hand a pro Israel rally is immediately deemed a Level 1 threat.
