Good Morning to the OT
Woke up at 1 and intended to go back to sleep. It’s nice outside so I took a scoop net and caught five Gambusia minnows.
Caught four sac a lait in about 15 minutes next to my boat landing. I think I might fry a couple for breakfast.
The sac a lait scientist claim that Gambusia Minnows are their favorite food. It’s true, they will hit that over plastic or Golden Shiners anytime.
Joke of the Day
Reporter: "Excuse me, may I interview you?"
Man: "Yes!"
Reporter: "Name?"
Man: "Abdul Al-Rhazim."
Reporter: "Sex?"
Man: "Three to five times a week."
Reporter: "No no! I mean male or female?"
Man: "Yes, male, female... sometimes camel."
Reporter: "Holy cow!"
Man: "Yes, cow, sheep... animals in general."
Reporter: "But isn't that hostile?"
Man: "Yes, horse style, dog style, any style."
Reporter: "Oh dear!"
Man: "No, no deer. Deer run too fast. Hard to catch."

Good morning Friday folks and thank you for those who serve, have served and or given their lives to and for this country (yes I know Veteran's Day is tomorrow)

Good Morning Hangit. I’m making my pot right now. Then I’m going fishing.

gm early risers.
Another TMJ headache woke me from blissful slumber about an hour ago.
Chapter 5 of current book, c2, and the stillness of the morning isn’t so bad.

I’m currently on a ‘smutty romance novel with happily ever after endings’ kick, but I enjoy the classics too.
I read every morning when I get up with my coffee and every night before bed with my wine.
Hby? What are you reading?

Well, good morning BFC.
Good luck on the fishing. It has been a while for me. Are you getting amfitty and his lovely bride to roll down and spend some quality time on the water?
Have a big day.

I'm finishing an espionage/ spy series that I've pretty much read all of less than 10 years ago. The book I just finished is the last of 22 and I am a little sad

I’m reading “Grant” by Ron Chernow. One of the great biographers.
It is of course, U.S. Grant’s biography. Started it Monday and am 200 pages in of 1000.
Plenty folks don’t realize that coonass’s love and know how to read. Some don’t even realize we have books down here.

If I put any stock in them as having an even a drop of reality, I’d agree.
I see them more as a ‘rom-com’ albeit, vv descriptive type of genre.
Purely for entertainment value only. Not anything I’d use as a plumb line for reality.
