The Arkansas commit visited Ole Miss this past weekend

Collins’ commitment would give Ole Miss five 4 star DL pledges. Five.

I mean, I would not blame any defensive recruit for taking one look at this shite arse defense and telling Kelly thanks but no thanks. House has done absolutely nothing all year. He had two weeks to prepare for Bama and spent those two weeks playing Fortnite apparently because the product on the field has no sign of football intelligence.

As did everyone else until we lost Evans and reversed field. Kid visited one week, was told no, rpms come for OM from even our own insiders, then we lose Evans, we invite Woodland back the very next week and give him the greenlight. So essentially he just missed out on flipping his pick like the others. Hard to find fault there.

We have only been mentioned for Collins on message boards. All of his looks have been OM, OSU and TAM since the Arky commitment. No surprise we aren't in the mix yet, if ever. Hard to sell who is coach will be.

Ole Miss with 4 Dline committed possibly 5.
Meanwhile LSU biggest need is Dline, more so DT’s , how many do they have committed at the moment?

People might laugh at this but Golding would not be a bad hire for LSU

I would rather get a better coach than Golding he’s middle of the road coach but he does recruit well generally

I really think we need to prioritize getting talent in the door on that side - which starts with keeping Louisiana guys. Golding does that.

And we can live with him not being a brainiac like Aranda - under Kelly we will have top 10 offenses. We just need to be in the top 30 on defense.

I want someone that will get us a mean, physical, aggressive defense.

Pete Golding has always been a great recruiter, and had a few so-so defenses over the years, but mostly very good.

Kiffin may end up staying at Ole Miss now that Pete is with him. Who knows...

LSU is screwed with dline recruiting. Kids don't know who they are going to be playing for, and the current staff has nothing to show them as far as development goes. They needed an octogenarian to come in to teach basic line technique. If you don't think other staffs are hammering LSU over that shite, you're crazy.

Running off Jamar Cain may end up being one of the biggest goofs in Kelly's career.

This defensive staff's inability to land elite recruits will have the program stuck in neutral.
