I don’t know for sure. I don’t live in those kind of circles. LOL
Kind of have to be born into that kind of stuff. Or be from a connected family from somewhere else and move here.

You have to be “recommended” “nominated” by a certain people and then voted in, then you buy in, whatever you want call it.

Quite an understatement. Getting into Rex these days is not terribly different from getting a business membership at Sam’s, which I highly recommend.

When you set those parameters in Zillow (SFH, $500k asking price or less; 1,750sf or more; any number of beds or baths), only one listing pops up for the entire city of Oakland, and it’s clearly a decrepit teardown.
