One issue is that education in general has become a very liberal profession. Even the male teachers I know (granted living in a blue state) are liberals and rant and rave about how parents are trying to take over school boards and implement "right wing" agendas and what not.
Also, districts are afraid to deny employment to dysgenic freaks because they're afraid they'll be sued for civil rights violations/discriminatory hiring practices, etc.
Then it gets worse because once the dysgenic freak gets the job they're afraid to fire them lest they face the same lawsuit for unlawful termination.
