I have daughters. I took them to parks and zoos and festivals from about an age of 6. We taught them about hygiene and how to use a restroom that wasn't bleached clean just before they entered. As far as I know, none of them ever developed any sort of disease associated with public restroom facilities.
Have you ever taken your daughter out hiking or on a real camping trip?
Just another example of the softness of society today.

This is my thing. If I am travelling by myself I carry a cooler with drinks and some snacks and if I want food I run through a drive-through when I get gas. I never want to be off the interstate a second longer than necessary, I usually only stop for gas when there is a station on the right side of the interstate to avoid the extra couple of minutes. I'll also pay 5 cents more per gallon to fill up at the gas station that is empty vs the crowded "discount" station.
When I travel with my wife we have a cooler and snacks and either get fast food at a gas stop or plan to stop and sit down. We often stop at Bates House of Turkey in Alabama when going to the camp. My wife is not super particular about bathrooms so as long as it is a newer station she never complains.
It has always seemed to me Buc-ee's and EV chargers are a match made in heaven. I know some of them have them.
