Not sure what you’re seeing, another video clearly shows a rocket incoming.
Hamas was in the middle of an announced barrage of rocket firings.
Israel isn’t firing rockets at Hamas.

Sound matches the Qassam rockets Hamas uses. Hamas fired one near the hotel where international journalists concentrate. They said those rockets often fall short.

If Hamas did it.. was it an accident or on purpose, and if so what is their goal?
If IDF did it, they are saying they didn’t do it. So why would they do that when they are bombing everywhere else.. and even told the hospital to evacuate.. they certainly have justifiable reasons to do it.. so why deny it if you did it?
I’m leaning Hamas here, but not on purpose, unless they know they are totally fricked and trying to gain support or trying to get the pressure on Israel so high that they have to back down.
Perhaps Hamas is trying to say.. look at how horrible Israel is.. to gain more followers and justify their actions. Bingo. this is where I am
