The surrounding properties with mansions nowhere near the size of MAL are valued in the 50 million range and thats on less than 1 acre plots.

Prolly worth at least 2 or 3 times that. Hell, there are places at Alys Beach in the $15mm range.

I saw a show last night that listed Actual Palm Beach real estate on the beach. Two homes on the water, that are only a few acres in size, recently sold for $125 million and $300 million.
Allen Dereshowitz last night said he'd pay Trump 18 million dollars immediately for it. Said he could easily get $500 to $700 million for it tomorrow.

Its easily over 400 million and thats a low ball estimate of the property value. Trumps valuations are a lot closer to reality. There are homes near his without the beach front and size that are close to 400 million. You sir, are an idiot.
