Why do people keep suggesting bringing in Gruden. He hasn't fielded a great offense since Rich Gannon. The league has changed.

Because Gruden is an aggressive, proven playcaller who understands and has worked with Carr before. If Carr fricks up, Gruden will hold his feet to the fire. This isn’t a system issue its a playcaller calling wrong plays and not holding players accountable issue.

Im talking about how he ran the offense with Carr not him as a head coach with a shitty defense. We’re not hiring Gruden as head coach, we would hire him to call plays. Such a dumb response like Gruden is becoming a head coach and is coaching this whole team. Moron.

Which is outstanding for the lack of weapons they had compared to what we had. Again a new aggressive playcaller with standing can make a huge difference.
