Nah it’s completely different on here when certain people skip out on their debts.
Elon intentionally defaulted on his Twitter building lease by not paying and forced his landlord to renegotiate. It was lauded on here as a savvy business move for him to not pay on a lease he agreed to pay.

I'm curious did he sign the lease, or was it done years prior to him buying Twitter?
