If you want to know what the problem is with LSU's defense watch Carter Bryant's film study on YouTube. "LSU vs Ole Miss Film Study: Brian Kelly fires Matt House?". Great analysis that shows LSU lacks some talent but the coaching is a joke. The players blow assignments or don't know their assignments. LINK

Saivion Jones is the worst edge setter in the nation.

They are playing tense and under a lot of pressure… tense muscles are always slow muscles. Slow = blown coverages

The complex scheme is too much for this group. We’re not at ND anymore, Coach

Arkansas exploited this... #9 was unguarded multiple times. Arky figured out House's shite scheme and I imagine Kiffin used that as well. We have plays where there is a receiver running a route and literally no one is assigned to him or that that area if zone. When players aren't talking to each other or saying 'that was yours', then you realize no one missed an assignment - there was no assignment for that receiver in that formation/scenario.

That or the players all have so little confidence in their own assignment that they aren’t sure who it was supposed to be.

He put on 20 lbs in the offseason and lost his speed and explosiveness. Absolutely idiotic move by the coaching staff.

It's like they can't figure out if we want 3 or 4 man fronts and end up with the worst of both.

Also, I blame the LBs and safeties as much as Jones at DE for Ole Miss getting free yards on the edge.
