May trigger some folks on here, but spot-on answer. Hope the GOP leads with conviction on this and re-frames the issue over time. Slaughtering innocent infants is about the worst practice imaginable and yet that is the official position of the Leftist filth.

Why is it so hard to find a nominee against murder, homosexuality, ideologies based on “gender fluidity”, racism, and crime? I’ve found one and he wasn’t even allowed on the stage. This country has turned into a punchline. The further we move away from God’s Word, we will experience more stress and repercussions.

It’s not spot on where trump gave us the votes to overturn Roe. Trump is the most pro life president to date. Doesn’t mean desantis is wrong in noting the radical stance of the left.

Its part of the longer discussion where he said heart beat laws were a terrible thing.
He says hes going to present a solution which may be at the federal or it may be at the state level (he said he doesnt care which) and that "pro choice people would be happy"

I always liked John Locke's (one of Republican's favorite philsophers) definition of a person:
So to a be a person, you need to be able to think, store memories, make decisions based off of those memories ect.
The physical infrastructure for this doesn't exist until about 30 weeks, so until that a point, a fetus cannot be a person, there is no "self" to kill via abortion. After that it's a grey area and where you stand on the naturalness of abortion, the priority of women v fetus, ect.
Trying to perpetuate suffering in people just because they want to have sex in order to save what is essentially an organ with no consciousness is pretty abhorrent and if you go through the controversial history of abortion laws in the US, you'll find that it has mainly been used to control the less fortunate or to dusingeniously appeal to hardcore Christians for their votes.
You can think that everyone has a soul, but you can't expect the legal system to impose your religion on everyone else.
