not sure why some had issue with the episode and with Thrawn in it. to me that was vintage Thrawn from the books inn the EU.

he was willing to sacrifice some resources to gather intelligence on reactions and so on, and then pull the remainder out of the fight, and withdraw.

to me that was vintage book Thrawn which is what I always hoped we would get.

Oof. I wish you hadn’t posted that info. I hate any ties to the Sequel Trilogy. Even if that is where they are going, I prefer to live in ignorance and bliss as long as possible.

This is a lame assed show.

In the finale no important character was killed.

Odd, since it comes out Tuesday.

And the idea that an important character has to die in a finale is an unreasonable expectation. This isn’t the Walking Dead.

1) just trolling
2) if you go back to Rebels, the protagonists don't often get killed (but a couple have).

I doubt anyone on the good side gets killed. They do have to do something with Baylen unfortunately, but that could be as simple as disfiguring him (requiring a mask).

I think we need to get the crew together with Hera, and Zeb too, before anything happens to anyone on the good guy side. He was teased in Mando, so it should be coming.

Does anyone think that Ezra might end up being the Son, the embodiment of the dark side of the force?

I wonder if they all die and Ahsoka takes her place next to Anakin as the Daughter and Ezra takes one for the team and becomes the Son. I still will hold out hope that it is Starkiller played by Sam Witwer.

That way they can close the loop on why NONE of them were around for the newer trilogy. I'm guessing all the "cargo" they are loading on the ship are dead bodies and maybe use that to explain how Palpatine was brought back to life.

Baylan finds Bendu, who he's been searching for and Bendu bodies him just like he did to everyone on Atollon

Wait, wasn't last week's episode the finale ?

For some reason I thought it was.

Still only a few storm troopers were killed.
