Standard scoring. Dell and Palmer are on waivers and I can’t decide which one to pick up. Thoughts?

Dell > Palmer
Dell with 2 big games in a row and less established competition in Houston. We know what Palmer is imo, a decent #3 receiver who will probably be fantasy relevant in that offense, but very likely not a difference maker. Dell could potentially be a difference maker.

Thanks guys! My gut was telling me Dell, but the idea of a rookie WR with a rookie QB had me second guessing.
