I lived in Houston for 12 years and now the FL Panhandle. I haven’t been to a game since ‘19. I’m going this year for the Auburn game.

When I was living in Houston, it became more and more of a pain to get to BR and deal with all of the BS. It’s just not worth my time.

I have a great house where I can sit in my pool and watch my 80” while grilling with friends and drinking my own booze. I get to watch all of the games and sleep in my own bed.

I don’t blame LSU. There isn’t much they could do to bring me back consistently.

Cool. Thousands of us enjoy going to the games and like being in the stadium more than watching on TV, but you do you.

This guy gets it…

We live in the Woodlands and drive in for 1 game per year. For the Arkansas game the drive into BR took 6 hours…1 hour from 1 mile before the bridge to our friends house off Highland Road. This is a problem…We had great seats and enjoyed the game…but left early and watched the end from our friends’ house because nobody wanted to sit in an hour+ of traffic to get a few miles.

Truth be told…I enjoy watching from the comfort of my home or floating in my pool, but like to go to the game with friends. And I will leave the game whenever I damn well feel like it.
