I don't know what the deal is w/NC State. From the outside looking in they seem like like a program that should be winning 9-10 games every year but Doeren is in his 11th season, averages roughly 7-5 each year, has just three 9 win seasons, and has finished ranked just two times. They've only had a single 10 win season and somehow it was Chuck Amato who pulled it off.
Do they just not have the facilities or donor network to be any better?
