Sy Hersh - Zelensky's Bad Moment.

quote:
There are significant elements in the American intelligence community, relying on field reports and technical intelligence, who believe that the demoralized Ukraine army has given up on the possibility of overcoming the heavily mined three-tier Russian defense lines and taking the war to Crimea and the four oblasts seized and annexed by Russia. The reality is that Volodymyr Zelensky’s battered army no longer has any chance of a victory.
The war continues, I have been told by an official with access to current intelligence, because Zelensky insists that it must. There is no discussion in his headquarters or in the Biden White House of a ceasefire and no interest in talks that could lead to an end to the slaughter. “It’s all lies,” the official said, speaking of the Ukrainian claims of incremental progress in the offensive that has suffered staggering losses, while gaining ground in a few scattered areas that the Ukrainian military measures in meters per week.
quote:
The American intelligence official I spoke with spent the early years of his career working against Soviet aggression and spying has respect for Putin’s intellect but contempt for his decision to go to war with Ukraine and to initiate the death and destruction that war brings. But, as he told me, “The war is over. Russia has won. There is no Ukrainian offensive anymore, but the White House and the American media have to keep the lie going.
“The truth is if the Ukrainian army is ordered to continue the offensive, the army would mutiny. The soldiers aren’t willing to die any more, but this doesn’t fit the B.S. that is being authored by the Biden White House.”

None of this can be true. StormyMcMan and CitizenK just posted the SlavaUkraine.com, UK Intel and Igor Slotvkins twitter handle saying Ukraine is on the attack driving the orcs out
Russia has 2 days of food left, zero ammo, ruble is plummeting, and they have no gas left to sell
WeeWee claims his tindergirls in Minsk confirmed this

Youtube Tucker Carlson
In this interview with Tucker Carlson, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban chuckles at the idea that Ukraine can - or ever could - win a war with Russia.
"It's not possible" Orban says.
He indicates its basically over and has been for a while.
Hungary shares a border with Ukraine and has a sizable population of ethnic Hungarians in Ukraine. Orban has been PM since 2010 and previously was PM from 1998-2002. There are few people on the planet more knowledgeable about the situation than him.
This entire fiasco was a joke and we never should've gotten involved.

1000s of Ukrainian soldiers are dying every day. Their comanders are sending them to get slaughtered like the Russians did in WWII.

This guy must have gotten the scoop from Colonel Miley.

I don't understand attacking Crimea except for attacking the port or ships. But Crimea is well in Russia's hands and there was never a chance of them taking it. They can't take back what they lost, why go after Crimea.

I don't think we should underestimate the possibility that Biden would drag us into full scale open war if he thought he was losing the election as an excuse to suspend voting. I hope someone, somewhere in power is planning to counter that ploy.

Fighting for his life. When our crooked shitbags and the NGOs can't steal any more they have no use for him. He's dead.
When he comes over here begging he's not twisting any arms at the WH or Congress, that show is for us. They're eager to send more "aid".

Isn't Hersh the guy who's articles about the war were written originally in Russian, included Russian idioms that don't exist in English, and were literally translated to English by Google? I guess if you want to know the latest in Russian propaganda, read Hersh. Maybe it's best to know what the Russians want you to think so that you can spot the Russian messaging in the American press.

Well, there it is. Anyone who doesn't spout the current corporate media narrative is a Russian asset. Do some homework on the My Lai massacre.

What exactly has Russia "won" in your view? You do realize that the goal of the war was to capture Kyiv in a quick, three-day war. It's gone on for over a year. What exactly has Russia achieved aside from taking land from Ukraine? They failed to capture Kyiv, Zelensky's government is still around, and they are still losing ground.

I’m just quoting Hersh. You need to ask him.
Right now Russia and Ukraine seem to be still slugging it out.[

I don’t disagree, to say Russia met their goals you have to redefine their initial objectives. Of course we see people doing that all the time.

It looks that way to me also, but Hersh says otherwise. Ukraine is falling apart.

Hopefully normies will begin asking "If it's all over but the crying, where is all our money going when it's sent to Ukraine?"
