JadenX should be too. He was playing the role of "journalist" while videoing a couple of his BLM/Antifa comrades using a fire hydrant to break the windows that Ashlie Babbitt tried to climb through.

Indicted on a fricking misdemeanor.
People who did nothing are getting 20 year stints.

Is the left still able to defend him now that he’s been “charged”
Or will he still be the one person there who they don’t want to charge with treason and hang?

It's all for show and he won't serve a day in prison.

You have indicated that you don't know how to spell indicted.

Interestingly, Babbitt was the made up name of the darling of the American communist community 100 years ago:
"Babbitt (1922), by Sinclair Lewis, is a satirical novel about American culture and society that critiques the vacuity of middle class life and the social pressure toward conformity. The controversy provoked by Babbitt was influential in the decision to award the Nobel Prize in Literature to Lewis in 1930.[1] The novel has been filmed twice, once as a silent in 1924 and remade as a talkie in 1934.
The word Babbitt has entered the English language as a "person and especially a business or professional man who conforms unthinkingly to prevailing middle-class standards".
