Tonight segment will help spread the saga that is Deion Sanders.

I’ve never seen SO MUCH publicity given to a coach. Both when he was going to reestablish Jackson State as a HBCU program, and following him as he bailed to upgrade himself and his son by going to Colorado.

Multiple College Gameday site visits complete with the Rock proclaiming that Coach Prime was “ galvanizing the nation “.

Sprinkling a steady dose of Prime and Nick Saban selling Aflac, it’s easy to see a concerted effort to, at a minimum, assist in recruiting.

Everyone know why the media is acting like this.

Old school 60 Minutes would focus on his days as head of Prime Prep Academy and it’s failures.

All day everyday about sanders…even crazier, former pro players and stars traveling to boulder to watch mediocre games

Your constant melt over Deion has been pretty impressive.

Why? Normally when people say this it’s because they hold the opposite opinion of whatever the “melt” is about, and therefore take personal joy in those that oppose them being upset.

You just a huge Colorado fan?

Do you just randomly take joy in people being upset about random shite you have no interest in? That’s odd lol

I respect that poster. He can talk shite. You, the 5’6 skinny fat, longneck looking loser stuck in New Orleans because he can’t get a job anywhere else can not.

Good for him.

He's bringing a lot of energy to that program and a lot of bling.

It's good for a short term burst but doesn't seem like it will have long term sustainability.

It's similar what Coach O did for LSU.

Ed Orgeron got interviewed by 60 minutes. He then won 50% of his games the next season and a half and got fired.

While he has had a lot of help the narrative is compelling not matter if you love him, hate him or somewhere in between. People are watching whether it is hate watching or not. I have watched all three Buffs games this year end to end and I haven't watched a full Colorado game since the Big 8 era (maybe the first year or two of the Big 12).

Yesterday and last night every other thread on MSB was Colorado related. When was the last time this happened for a non-SEC school team which is probably 8-4 tops?

Deion has more free (head) rooms to choose from than the Hiltons. He has broken more football fans over the course of the month than I think I have ever seen.

He's been in the media eye the last 35 years and worked in the football media for years. He knows everybody to call to pump his program and is smart for doing it.

I guess while I’m calling out Aflac for giving a recruiting advantage, I’ll toss in the Coach K and Coach Dawn Staley for South Carolina’s women’s basketball.

Kinda backfired that it was produced before the tournament, expecting her to win it all.
