What Exactly is Trump's Policy/Plan on Israel & Palestine?

I watched his recent CNN interview where he claims he will solve the Israel/Palestinian crisis by "bringing both sides together and reaching a deal, bringing peace to the region for the first time in over 50 years."
Any idea the specifics of this policy? Who will he have advising him in this area?

Why does Israel have to accept giving up their sovereignty to accommodate Palestine within their own borders?

Who was at the table to define them?
Has it been an issue since and is it an area of importance to more than one cultural people?
Is it worth trying to define the borders in an effort to make everyone Mostly ok with distribution of the population in the same geopolitical region?

Palestinians don't value western principles of basic respect for different viewpoints. They adhere to a an archaic religion that, at its core, insists they must covert Israelis to their religion. If the Israelis refuse, their religion says they must be killed.
I have watched this crisis unfold for the past 40 years. Palestinians don't want to assimilate to the modern world. They want to have their cake and to eat it, too.
Israel is surrounded by countries that would push a button and exterminate them if they could. We have a duty to support their democracy and respect for our values.
Palestinians have shown time and time again they are not willing to compromise.

You should look into the history of the formation of the state of Israel. There is so much irony in “giving up their sovereignty to accommodate .” I chuckled a little.

So where does it end? Israel didn't have recognized "rights" to the land before 1947, but how far back to we go? Since then, they have fought for it several times and prevailed.
Israel founded a modern democracy that values human rights and western principles that have made it a beacon of progress in a region of the world that doesn't even give women basic rights.
Yes, I am an ardent supporter of any society that supports these same values.

I actually think the west is a lot of the problem. The UN, the EU (and the American left) need their little grievance project in the West Bank and Gaza. Their refusal to meaningfully back sanctions on Iran keeps Hamas in business, and enables the Palestinian victim culture.

I suggest you take a trip to Israel and Palestine. You'll have a completely different view point after.

He sucks their dick, I like Trump but I don’t like his Israel policies, he’s not a god.

Israel and Ukraine are not our problems to fix. Trump is getting elected to fix the US.

who cares. neither side will agree to anything. just keep the status quo

I think it was a unilaterally imposed two state solution without the Palestinians input. And by giving Jerusalem to Israel, he takes that disagreement off the table.

Israel isn’t Western. It’s a Jewish ethnic state, that actively persecutes the Christian (and Muslim) minority that lives within its borders.

I agree. Yet is it too much to ask that U.S. taxpayers aren’t expected to subsidize Israel’s existence into perpetuity?
