But to clarify, I've voted in every single on-year and off-year election since I've been eligible.
Are the 40% who don't show up on on-year election days "stupid"?
Perhaps so.
Perhaps the 40% are lazy, or perhaps they're uneffected.
Whatever the case, they do not vote.
My personal experience is THANK GOD THEY DON'T.
They generally have NO CLUE as to WTF drives their situation.
