What's the best bait pile ingredients

Corn

I've had good success with the persimmon flavored rice bran

3/4 bag of corn topped with the remaining 1/4 bag of corn

Do you have hogs around you? If so the best for deer will make the hogs camp out on you without a feeder pen.
Without sounding like a BIg and J sales rep, numerous times in the last several years I have placed big n J at bait sites that only had does prior to the big and j and got pics of bucks same day or within two days.
Was it just coincidence I don’t know but it’s been enough proof for me that I will put out 2-3 half bags a year at different locations just to get inventory of bucks that I was not seeing. But man hogs love it..

I sure thought deer would have loved it. I’ve had the best luck with plain old corn, not flavored with other sugary crap.

Rice Bran..... can actually put fruit punch flavored Kool-aid on it if it's a new pile to get them on it faster.

There is some stuff around here called Swamp Chomp.... they get on it fast. It's a mix of corn and several other things.

BB2 is good too.... just expensive.
