So the other restaurant we drove out there to eat at was closed. We ended up in the mood for steaks, and decided to go to OTHS. The ribeye was awesome, and the sweet potato fries were awesome as well. Friend had the Ribeye as well with baked potato. A+
It was my friend's first time having Charbroiled oysters, or any oyster period, and I was proud to say A++ again, and didn't leave me hangin on getting someone to try something new.
Service was awesome, food was awesome, was happy to support a hard working local place.
Bravo!

This place has been a treasure for quite a while. Very reasonable prices, great service and very good, consistent food. I love the oyster Rockefeller po'boy

Do they still have the guy playing the guitar in the bar and those two lovely bartenders?
They do fried catfish pretty good but I have to say the one on Bluebonnet doesn't do it for me.

I used to work there and I could give you several reasons why. The manager at that restaurant is about as terrible as they can come.

It's a shame because it's not a bad location and really a cool restaurant. I like the back bar with the separate entrance. I've only been twice but both times were bad and I'll give a place a second chance but with all the choices I have two times is enough.

+1 Hell, I could almost walk home from there, but I have heard so many negative reviews, I have not set foot inside, other than to check it out as a possible drink destination...

This is one of my favorite spots in the BR area to get seafood. Their poboys are one of the best in the area, and their oysters are great as you said.

I love their oysters, although they're somewhat pricy. The only thing I had that I didn't like was the tuna.

I did notice that a lot of their items were a bit above average, but also figured it costs a penny to be in that location as well. The food quality was spot on, so I'm ok with paying a bit more for great food.
