I rewatched the game and that drop he had when the score was 17-17 on 3rd and 6 was crucial. It caused the momentum to swing and that’s when the avalanche started. He has to be benched.

nothing new for him, he did the same thing against A&m last year at two crucial moments of the game.

Didn't Florida St have several drops as well?

If he catches that, he probably takes it to the house.

Yes. In fact, they had four that I remember off the top of my head, and Travis STILL completed 74 fricking percent of his throws, many of which were beyond 15 yards downfield.

Jesus this is a bit of an overreaction. Other WRs should get playing time as well but he doesn't need to be benched. WRs are going to drop the ball. I'd rather a dropped ball then running the wrong route.

Hilton, Plamer, and Anderson are going to start to see more playing time but c'mon lets not forget Lafell struggled with drops throughout his career too.

Lacy needs to be dropped from the starting lineup. Enough is enough. Give Hilton and the Freshmen a chance.

That was where we lost control of the game flow. We had overcome earlier mistakes and had a chance to go back up by 7 if we finish that drive.

BS excuse. You have to be able to overcome a couple of errors. Dink and dunk offense won't get that done cuz you have to be perfect. This team isn't perfect and that's a losing strategy.

Huge drop in the Tennessee game last year also . He is the opposite of a clutch player .

The team is soft if that is true. Drops happen and yes this one really stung but every team has drops.

He has mediocre hands. I recall that he also had a big drop relatively early in the a&m game last year.

Time to give some of the younger WR's a chance to actually...you know...catch the f*cking ball.

Don't forget about the deep ball that Thomas dropped too. Would have been a huge play

I agree, but this is a sign of a team without emotional maturity, leadership and coaching.

Lacy dropped key passes against A&M last year too.

If a guy can't consistently catch the ball, they don't need to be playing WR for an elite football program.
