There are non-Festool blades available, but its not a standard circular saw blade. But I think a lot of them are that way. For a 700 dollar saw, it's not crazy to spend a little more on a good blade every few years. You can always have them sharpened in between.

Track saws generally don't use 7-1/4" blades, my Dewalt takes a particular 6-1/2" blade with a 20mm arbor. Bought an OEM replacement blade as a spare for $40 when I got the saw, I've trimmed several old doors and cut lots of butcher block for countertops with original blade and it's showing no signs of getting dull yet.
