No. Doctors are not required to report. Immigration status is protected under HIPPA. In theory I could report the mother but I cannot report the patient since that would be a HIPPA violation. However since the patient is a minor and the patient's primary caregiver is the mother the mother might also be protected under HIPPA and so reporting her might be a HIPPA violation. If I reported the mother and she got deported or the mother and the patient got deported then I would potentially be causing harm to the patient. That is another major ethical violation and a violation of my Hippocratic oath. So I just avoid the ethical and legal pitfalls and do not report anything that I am not required to report.

Because the unknown risk is also 0% if you listen to people who actually understand the issues at play. You do not understand them but you still let aluminum into your child's body when you let your child receive the other vaccines.
ETA: You let aluminum into your child's body every time you feed your child.

Not if you keep feeding your child. The dietary aluminum will build up over time and be much greater than the amount from the vaccines that you did let your child receive. Since you believe the aluminum gets deposited into your child's brain permanently you are causing a lot more aluminum deposition by feeding your child.
I am not advocating that you stop feeding your child. I am just pointing out how stupid your position is.

If something is injected into the bloodstream directly vs being first digested, it certainly has an easier route to the brain.
